Welcome, I'm Lania Smith

A passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist (MPhysio) serving the local area with a strong foundation in evidence-based care and a deep commitment to helping my patients feel and move better.

Since graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of the Western Cape in 2017, I've gained extensive experience working in various physiotherapy settings, both locally in South Africa and abroad in the Netherlands.

In 2024, I completed my STOTT Pilates qualifications (mat & reformer). I also earned a Master's degree from Stellenbosch University, which focussed on dancer health, with research published in a leading journal. I'm currently expanding my expertise in pelvic health physiotherapy to better support my patients.
